Education
Education
I am so thankful to have gone to Masterman High School, an incredible public school in downtown Philadelphia that helped me join the first generation of my family to go to university. I completed my undergraduate training at Harvard College in 2017, where I graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor's degree in chemistry. After graduating college, I spent two years at the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom on a Rhodes Scholarship. During my first year, I completed a master's of science in education, where I focused on research design and methodology. In my second year at Oxford, I completed a master's of science in global health science and epidemiology. In 2023, I graduated from Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons as a member of both Alpha Omega Alpha and the Gold Humanism Honor Society. In June 2023, I began my residency training in family medicine at the University of Pennsylvania.
Hobbies
Outside of work, I love to exercise, in the gym, on the soccer pitch, or on the basketball court. I have always been enthralled by the video games of my youth, mainly Pokemon and Old School Runescape, the latter of which I regularly play to this day. My wonderful partner Abby has also re-invigorated a passion for board games, though I don't often win.
